Organization, seats and roles
Everyone works inside an organization. Its admins manage members and skills; each project decides who can view it and who can edit it.
Your organization
Switch organization, invite people and manage members from the organization switcher at the top of the Projects panel. Plans are per seat: each member uses one.
Organization roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything in every project of the organization, plus managing members and the organization's skills. |
| Member | Work in the projects they own or that are shared with them, and use the organization's skills. |
Project roles
Share a project from its menu: Permissions, then choose people in your organization and a role.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | The person who created the project. Everything, including sharing and deleting it. |
| Editor | Chat, run and change workflows, connectors and files in the project. |
| Viewer | See the project's workflows, runs and outputs without changing them. |
NoteWho can view and who can edit is checked on every project and every run, not just in the interface.
