Plans and billing
Standard and Pro are per seat, Team covers 3 seats, and Enterprise is priced with sales. Prices are entry prices: usage beyond your plan is metered. Save with annual billing. Bring your own LLM key on every plan.
Plans
There are four plans: Standard, Pro, Team and Enterprise. Current prices and what each includes are on the pricing section of the home page, which reads them from our billing system, so they are always up to date.
Choose or change a plan
Select Manage billing on the Billing page, or Pricing & billing in the app's header, or pick a plan on the home page. A plan with a trial starts with it. Changing plan, adding or removing a card, and your statements and receipts are all in Manage billing.
The Billing page
Open Billing from the left rail.
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Plan | Your organization's plan and price, whether it is active, on trial or past due, the next payment, the current period, seats, and any plan change already scheduled. |
| Payment method | The card your plan is charged to, and when it expires. |
| Usage this period | What your organization has used of its plan this billing period, against the plan's amount, with how it is calculated: the infrastructure your runs used plus the plan's features. It is recalculated every hour. |
| Payments | Every charge in the period chosen at the top: its date, plan, status and amount. |
When usage reaches the plan's amount, new runs and scheduled runs are refused until the next period or a plan upgrade.
