PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated July 05, 2026

This Privacy Notice for Radhwane Derraz, operating as Auprimus ('we', 'us', or 'our'), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ('process') your personal information when you use our services ('Services'), including when you:

Visit our website at http://www.auprimus.com or any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice

Use Auprimus. Auprimus is an AI workflow automation platform ("Harness as a Service") that turns a single natural-language instruction into a complete, audited, end-to-end workflow — connecting to your data sources, transforming data through AI models, tools, agents, and connectors, and delivering results to your chosen destinations. Users bring their own AI provider keys (BYOK). Workflow data and the results it produces are stored so you can revisit and audit your runs, and are retained until you delete them.

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

names

email addresses

usernames

passwords

contact or authentication data

organization / company name

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is taken through Clerk's billing component, which uses Stripe as its payment processor. Your card details are entered into their form and held by them — they are never sent to us and we never store them. We receive only the fact of a subscription, its plan and its status. Their privacy notices: https://clerk.com/legal/privacy and https://stripe.com/privacy.

Sign-in with Another Service. You may register using a Google, GitHub or Microsoft account instead of a password. If you do, we receive the profile details needed to identify the account, as described in the section called 'HOW DO WE HANDLE SIGNING IN WITH ANOTHER SERVICE?' below.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. You can find out more about this in our Cookie Notice: https://auprimus.com/cookies.

The information we collect includes:

Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called 'crash dumps'), and hardware settings).

Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

We do not collect GPS or device location data, and we do not ask your browser or device for your location. Our servers see the IP address of every request, as any web service does, which indicates an approximate region.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.

To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.

To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

To send administrative information to you. We may process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.

To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.

To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.

To evaluate and improve our Services. We may process information about how the Services are used — errors, performance, which features are exercised — to find faults and improve them.

To comply with our legal obligations. We may process your information to comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ('third parties') who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.

The third parties that process data on our behalf, and what each receives:

Railway (infrastructure). Hosts the application and every database behind it — your account records, workflows, chat history and the files your runs produce are stored on infrastructure Railway operates.

Clerk (accounts and billing). Handles sign-in, organizations and subscriptions. Holds your name, email address, credentials and payment details.

Cloudflare (network). Sits in front of the website, providing DNS, bot protection and email routing. Sees the IP address and request metadata of traffic to us.

Voyage AI (search). Receives the text of skill and connector descriptions in order to index them so the system can find the right one. It does not receive your workflow data.

AI providers. Whichever model you select processes the content you send through your workflows — see the section on AI products below.

We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and we use no analytics or marketing platforms.

We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, to tailor advertisements to your interests, or to send abandoned shopping cart reminders (depending on your communication preferences). The third parties and service providers use their technology to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interests which may appear either on our Services or on other websites.

Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice: https://auprimus.com/cookies.

5. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, 'AI Products'). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions. The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.

Use of AI Technologies

We provide the AI Products through third-party AI providers ('AI Service Providers'). You choose which one: the catalogue currently offers models from Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Meta and DeepSeek, and models you run yourself through Ollama. Whatever you send through a workflow — your instruction, the data it reads, and the output it produces — is transmitted to the provider of the model you selected, and is processed under that provider's terms. We do not choose for you and we cannot see inside their systems. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of the provider you have selected.

Bring your own keys. Except for the single free model we provide on our own account, you supply your own API key for each provider. Your relationship for those calls is with that provider, on their terms and their billing; we pass the request and return the answer.

Our AI Products

Our AI Products are designed for the following functions:

Turning a written instruction into an executable workflow

Generating and running code to transform your data

Reading and writing to the systems you connect

Analysing data and producing documents, tables and charts from it

How We Process Your Data Using AI

What we do and do not do with it: the content of your workflows is stored so you can revisit and re-run them, and it is deleted when you delete it. We do not use it to train any model, and we do not send it anywhere other than the provider whose model you selected. What that provider then does with it is governed by their terms — if they train on API input, or retain it, that is their policy and not ours, and it is worth reading before you choose a model.

6. HOW DO WE HANDLE SIGNING IN WITH ANOTHER SERVICE?

In Short: If you sign in with Google, GitHub or Microsoft instead of a password, we receive the details needed to identify your account — and nothing else from it.

You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google, GitHub or Microsoft. Where you use one of those, we receive from that provider the details needed to identify the account — your name, email address and profile picture. We do not request, and are not given, your contacts, your repositories, your files or anything else held in that account.

We use what we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control what your sign-in provider does with the fact that you signed in, and we recommend reading their privacy notice: Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy), GitHub (https://docs.github.com/privacy) and Microsoft (https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

Retention is owner-controlled. Your account details, chat history, workflows and the files each run produces are kept until you delete them — from Settings > Data Controls, or by deleting your account, which removes them all. A project may also be given a retention window, after which stored run files are deleted automatically; this is off unless you set it. We keep nothing longer than the law requires us to (for example tax and accounting records of payments), and account data is removed within thirty (30) days of account deletion except where such an obligation applies.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

The measures we actually apply: traffic to the Services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS); every request is authenticated and scoped to your organization, so one customer's data is not reachable from another's session; the API keys you store are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the browser once saved; and generated code runs in a sandboxed subprocess that is given only the credentials that step needs, never the platform's own.

No electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise that a determined attacker will never defeat these measures. If a breach affects your personal information we will tell you, and any regulator that has to be told, as the law requires.

9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at [email protected].

10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?' below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Email we send you: We do not run marketing or promotional email. The only messages we send are service-related — account and security notices, changes to these terms, and replies to support requests — and those cannot be unsubscribed from while you hold an account, because they are how we tell you about your own account. If we ever introduce marketing email it will be opt-in, and this notice will say so before the first one is sent.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

Log in to your account settings and update your user account.

Contact us using the contact information provided.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services. For further information, please see our Cookie Notice: https://auprimus.com/cookies.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at [email protected].

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

12. DO OTHER REGIONS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may have additional rights based on the country you reside in.

Australia and New Zealand

We collect and process your personal information under the obligations and conditions set by Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 (Privacy Act).

This Privacy Notice satisfies the notice requirements defined in both Privacy Acts, in particular: what personal information we collect from you, from which sources, for which purposes, and other recipients of your personal information.

If you do not wish to provide the personal information necessary to fulfil their applicable purpose, it may affect our ability to provide our services, in particular:

offer you the products or services that you want

respond to or help with your requests

manage your account with us

confirm your identity and protect your account

At any time, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?'

If you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to submit a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and a breach of New Zealand's Privacy Principles to the Office of New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

Republic of South Africa

At any time, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?'

If you are unsatisfied with the manner in which we address any complaint with regard to our processing of personal information, you can contact the office of the regulator, the details of which are:

The Information Regulator (South Africa)

General enquiries: [email protected]

Complaints (complete POPIA/PAIA form 5): [email protected] & [email protected]

13. BRING YOUR OWN KEYS (BYOK) & OWNER-CONTROLLED RETENTION

Auprimus processes the data you choose to run through your workflows using your own AI provider keys. Retention is owner-controlled: your chat history, the intermediate data and outputs each run produces, and the workflows themselves are stored so that you can revisit, audit and re-run your work. We retain them until you delete them — you can remove all of it at any time from Settings > Data Controls, which permanently deletes your chats, your stored run files and your workflows. Your data is never used to train any AI models. You remain in control of your keys, your models, and your data at all times.

14. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Revised' date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

15. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?

If you have questions or comments about this notice, you may email us at [email protected] or contact us by post at:

Radhwane Derraz, operating as Auprimus

[email protected]

16. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.

Most of it you can do yourself, immediately, without asking us: Settings > Data Controls exports everything your organization holds as a JSON archive, and deletes your chats, your stored run files and your workflows permanently. For anything that cannot be done there — correcting an account detail, deleting the account itself, or asking how your information has been processed — email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty (30) days.
