ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Last updated September 11, 2026

This policy sets out what you may not do with Auprimus. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it is grounds for us to suspend or close an account.

Auprimus is unusual in what it gives you: it writes and runs code on our infrastructure, and it connects to systems you nominate using credentials you supply. Most of this policy follows from those two facts.

WHAT THE SERVICES ARE FOR

Running workflows on your own data, or on data you are authorised to process, as part of your business. Commercial use is the point, not an exception.

WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO

Our infrastructure

Do not attempt to escape the execution sandbox, reach another customer's data, or obtain credentials belonging to us or to another user.

Do not use the compute we provide for work unconnected to your own workflows — cryptocurrency mining, distributed password cracking, or reselling capacity to others.

Do not deliberately exhaust shared resources, defeat rate limits or quotas, or obtain paid capacity without paying for it.

Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Services except under a written agreement with us. If you find a vulnerability, tell us: [email protected].

Other people's systems

Do not use a connector to reach a system you are not authorised to access.

Do not use the Services to attack, scan, overload or disrupt any third party.

Do not send unsolicited bulk email or messages through a connector.

Do not scrape a website or API in breach of its terms, its robots directives, or the law that applies to it.

Data

Do not process data you have no right to process.

Do not send data through an AI provider where a contract, a licence or the law forbids it. You choose the model; that choice carries obligations we cannot see.

Do not upload material that is unlawful, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

Do not use the Services to build a profile of a person, or to make an automated decision with a legal or similarly significant effect on someone, without a lawful basis for doing so.

Content and output

Do not generate material that is unlawful, that sexualises children, that incites violence, or that is designed to harass a specific person.

Do not present AI-generated output as human-authored where doing so would mislead someone to their detriment.

Do not use the Services to create malware, phishing content, or tooling whose purpose is unauthorised access.

The Services themselves

Do not resell or rebrand the Services as your own product without a written agreement with us.

Do not reverse engineer the Services except to the extent the law permits regardless of contract.

Do not misrepresent who you are, or create accounts by automated means or under false pretences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THE SYSTEM GENERATES

Auprimus writes code and runs it on your instruction. You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for the consequences of what it does — the same as if you had written the code yourself. Review what a workflow will touch before you give it credentials that can change or delete data.

We do not review workflows before they run, and the fact that the system was willing to generate something does not mean it is permitted under this policy or lawful where you are.

HOW WE ENFORCE THIS

Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Where the problem is ongoing harm — to us, to another customer, or to a third party — we may suspend the account immediately and explain afterwards. Serious or repeated breaches end the account.

We may be legally required to preserve or disclose information about a breach, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

REPORTING ABUSE

If you believe someone is using Auprimus in breach of this policy, tell us at [email protected] with enough detail to investigate.

CHANGES

We may update this policy as the product changes or as new kinds of misuse appear. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
